The readiness check is a free preparation path for the role family you’re pursuing, and it adapts to what you already know. It takes minutes to show where you stand, and it’s yours regardless of outcome — whether or not we ever put you forward.
What we share, and when
Shared with us, then with companies
- When you start prep
- Starting the readiness check shares your progress with us: where you started, how you're progressing, whether you finished, and how recently you were active. We never see your answers to individual questions.
- On required mastery
- When your readiness reaches the level a hiring company requires for a role, we share your profile — a readiness summary — with that company. Not before.
- Never
- Your individual answers. And nothing after you revoke — email us and sharing stops from that point on.

Where the data lives
Readiness data lives with our preparation partner and with us. We keep it only as long as our privacy policy says we do, and we delete it on request — the same email address above works for that too.
