Who these terms cover
These terms apply to nilus.ai and to working with NilusLabs LLC, operating as Nilus Talent. They’re short because the service is simple.
What the service is
Nilus Talent is a boutique sourcing agency. The roles we post are our own pool roles. A core part of our process is a readiness check — free preparation for the kind of role you’re pursuing, run with our preparation partner. How sharing and consent work is laid out on the readiness page and in the privacy policy.
No guarantees
What we ask of you
Give us truthful information — in your application and in anything you link from it. If your situation changes (you accept another offer, you stop looking), tell us so we can close your record.
What you can hold us to
- Starting prep shares your readiness progress with us; when your readiness reaches the level a hiring company requires, we share your profile with that company. Sharing stops the moment you revoke it.
- The preparation is free and yours to keep, whatever happens.
- We handle your data as the privacy policy says — and we never sell it.
For companies
Placement terms are agreed per engagement, on a contingency basis — no placement, no fee. The specifics live in each engagement agreement, not on this page. To start that conversation, see the companies page.
Liability
