Who we are

What we collect

We collect three kinds of data, and nothing else.

Application form data

When you apply to a role, we store what you submit: your name, your email address, your phone number (optional), your LinkedIn URL (optional), a link to your resume (optional), and the role you applied to. We never ask for or accept resume file uploads — if you want to share a resume, you link to one you host.

Technical signals

When the form is submitted, we record signals that distinguish automated from hand-filled applications: whether a hidden form field was filled in, how long the form took from load to submission, your browser’s user-agent string, whether the submission came from a form we served, and your IP address. We use these to classify how an application arrived — never to block it.

Company inquiries

If you write to us through the form on the companies page, your note is delivered to our inbox as an email and answered by a person. We don’t store company inquiries in a database.

Readiness data — only with your consent

The readiness check runs with our preparation partner, LearnBench. By default we see nothing about your progress: the share box you see when you start is unchecked. If — and only if — you tick it, we see where you started, your progress, whether you finished, and how recently you were active. We never see your answers to individual questions. You can revoke sharing at any time by emailing talent@nilus.ai, and nothing is shared from that point on. The full story is on the readiness page.

What we do with it

Two things. We evaluate candidates and, with your consent, put them forward to hiring teams. And we operate the service — when you apply, we send one confirmation email with your next step. That’s the full list.

Application data lives in our database and on our hosting infrastructure; the confirmation email is delivered by our email provider. These providers process data on our behalf.
